We would like to inform you that our WebAccess service will be terminated in the EU and the UK as of 28 August 2025.

As a result, customers residing in countries where the WebAccess service remains available, such as Japan and the United States, will also be unable to use the service while travelling in the EU or the UK.

Customers currently using the WebAccess service in the EU or the UK are kindly requested to change the NAS device settings accordingly after 28 August 2025, to disable the WebAccess function. For specific instructions per NAS model, please refer to the following link.
